The invention provides a pressing and touching mechanism, a pallet fork and a triggering method, and relates to the technical field of truss robot cargo carrying equipment.The pressing and touching mechanism comprises a sliding assembly, an induction piece is arranged on the sliding assembly, a magnetic proximity switch sensor is arranged on one side of the sliding assembly, and the magnetic proximity switch sensor is electrically connected with a truss robot controller; in the upward sliding process of the induction piece, the magnetic proximity switch sensor is triggered, the truss robot controller receives a signal of the magnetic proximity switch sensor and judges whether to control the truss robot driver to act or not according to the signal, and the truss robot driver controls the truss robot to act or not according to the signal. Therefore, the situation that the lower end face of the pallet fork presses a tray and a plate trailer can be effectively reduced or avoided, and logistics efficiency and cargo safety are improved.
