The balancing weight is additionally arranged on one side of the hoisting frame to serve as a balance weight, the load is placed on the other side of the hoisting frame, and therefore the whole hoisting operation is achieved according to the balance principle, on the basis that the hoisting stability is guaranteed, stress of all parts is balanced, and safety and reliability are improved.
