The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle short-distance common rail filling and launching guide device and a filling and launching guide method. The device comprises a beam assembly, a stop assembly and a hoisting assembly. In the beam assembly, the bottom of the suspension type launching beam is connected with the auxiliary sliding rail beam, the lifting lugs of the main sliding rail beam can penetrate through the supporting lugs of the auxiliary sliding rail beam and slide along the upper surfaces of the supporting lugs, and two sliding ways which are coaxial in sequence and equal in length are further arranged. In the stop assembly, a threaded pin penetrates through the launching beam and the auxiliary sliding rail beam and abuts against the lifting lug, two stop blocks are connected to the two end faces of the auxiliary sliding rail beam respectively, a third stop block is connected to one end face of the main sliding rail beam, and a safety pin penetrates through the main sliding rail beam to make contact with the front sliding block. A lifting ring in the lifting assembly is installed on the main sliding rail beam. The unmanned aerial vehicle is assembled with the main sliding rail beam by hoisting the main sliding rail beam, then the unmanned aerial vehicle is assembled with the auxiliary sliding rail beam through lateral open butt joint between the lifting lugs and the supporting lugs, direct hoisting and butt joint of the unmanned aerial vehicle are avoided, and butt joint observation and filling are facilitated in the assembling process.
本发明提供了无人机短距共轨装填导发装置及装填导发方法。该装置包括梁组件、止挡组件和吊装组件。在梁组件中,悬挂式发射梁在底部与副滑轨梁连接,主滑轨梁的吊耳能够在副滑轨梁的支耳之间穿过并沿支耳上表面滑动,还设有依次同轴且长度相等的两个滑道。在止挡组件中,带螺纹销钉穿过发射梁和副滑轨梁并抵接在吊耳上,两个挡块分别连接至副滑轨梁的两个端面,第三挡块连接至主滑轨梁的一端面,安全销穿过主滑轨梁与前滑块接触。吊装组件中的吊环安装至主滑轨梁。本发明通过吊装主滑轨梁实现无人机与其的组装,之后通过吊耳与支耳之间的侧向开放对接来实现与副滑轨梁的组装,避免了对无人机的直接吊装及对接,在组装过程中便于观察对接及装填。
