The suspension operation platform comprises a platform body, a gravity center detecting element, a counterweight adjusting module and a controller. The gravity center detection element is used for detecting the gravity center position of the platform body. The balance weight adjusting module comprises a first driving mechanism and a first balance weight part, and the first driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the first balance weight part, so that the first driving mechanism can drive the first balance weight part to move relative to the platform body so as to adjust the gravity center position of the platform body. The controller is in communication connection with the gravity center detection element and the first driving mechanism. The suspension operation platform can dynamically adjust the position of the first balance weight relative to the platform body in real time, the stability of the platform body in a complex environment is greatly improved, and the operation risk caused by shaking of the platform body is remarkably reduced.
