The invention discloses ship ventilation equipment and a ventilation adjusting system based on a digital twinning technology. The ship ventilation equipment comprises first fireproof laminated glass and second fireproof laminated glass. The first fireproof laminated glass and the second fireproof laminated glass are oppositely arranged, and the second fireproof laminated glass is driven to slide in the direction parallel to the length direction of the first fireproof laminated glass, so that the ventilation state of the ship ventilation equipment is adjusted. According to the ship ventilation equipment, it can be guaranteed that under the severe weather condition, the ventilation window can be kept open, and fresh air enters a cabin. And meanwhile, the first fireproof laminated glass and the second fireproof laminated glass can effectively block flames, isolate high temperature and harmful gas, prevent fragment puncture and ensure personal safety. Through the ventilation adjusting system, the opening degree of the ventilation window can be adjusted in time according to the surrounding environment condition of the ship ventilation equipment, the temperature and humidity in a cabin are controlled, and manual operation is reduced.
