The sealing seat can rotate around the annular oil cavity along with rotation of the stern shaft and the lining, an adjusting hole, an oil outlet and an oil inlet which are communicated with the oil cavity are further formed in the sealing seat, the adjusting rod moves along the adjusting hole, a blocking piece at the end of the adjusting rod can stretch into the oil cavity to block lubricating oil, and the blocked lubricating oil forms large pressure at the oil outlet and flows to an oil tank. And therefore, the lubricating oil forms circular flow, the lubricating oil is conveniently cooled, and parts in the sealing device are further cooled.
