The invention discloses a vehicle brake disc cooling control method and device based on grating control. The method comprises the steps that the vehicle speed of a vehicle is read in real time, when the vehicle speed is larger than the first vehicle speed, a grating is controlled to be opened, and when the vehicle speed is smaller than the second vehicle speed, the grating is controlled to be closed; a temperature prediction model of the brake disc is established, braking information of the vehicle is collected, the braking information comprises the braking frequency and the braking force, and the temperature prediction model predicts the temperature of the brake disc according to the braking information, the vehicle speed, the vehicle environment information and the state of the grid within the preset time; and when the temperature of the brake disc is larger than the preset value, the grating is forcibly controlled to be opened. The wind resistance of the vehicle during high-speed driving can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the braking system can be cooled through the grating if necessary, and the braking performance of the braking system is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于格栅控制的车辆制动盘降温控制方法及装置,包括:实时读取车辆的车速,当所述车速大于第一车速时,控制所述格栅开启,当所述车速小于第二车速时,控制所述格栅关闭;建立刹车盘的温度预测模型,采集车辆的制动信息,所述制动信息包括制动次数和制动力度,所述温度预测模型根据预设时间内的所述制动信息、所述车速、车辆环境信息和所述格栅的状态,预测所述刹车盘的温度;以及当所述刹车盘的温度大于预设值时,强制控制所述格栅开启。本发明即可有效降低车辆高速行驶时的风阻,同时在必要还可以通过格栅对制动系统进行降温,保证制动系统的制动性能。
