The invention discloses a thermal protection control system and method for an electric movable type lifting working platform, working conditions of a lower vehicle walking system and an upper vehicle oil pump system are independently analyzed, and different control strategies are adopted according to the use working conditions and power output characteristics of different electric drive systems. The control system introduces time variables by collecting motor temperature detection data and input and output current and temperature data of a motor driver, calculates whether the current state of the whole machine needs to be protected or not, and realizes temperature control of the whole power system by adopting a mode of controlling the rotating speed of the motor or limiting the operation of the motor. Equipment is effectively protected from being damaged when a power system of an electric product is abnormally high in temperature in the using process, the situation that key elements of the power system are burnt or the equipment is out of control due to high temperature caused by large current output of the power system when the power system is used under continuous high-load or severe working conditions is avoided, and the safety performance of the movable lifting working platform is improved. And the safety and the reliability of the aerial work platform in the working process are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电动移动式升降工作平台热保护控制系统及方法,对下车行走系统和上车油泵系统单独进行工况分析,针对不同电驱系统的使用工况及功率输出特点采用不同的控制策略。控制系统通过采集电机温度检测数据、电机驱动器的输入、输出电流以及温度数据,引入时间变量,计算当前整机状态是否需要保护,采用控制电机转速或者限制电机运行的方式来实现整个动力系统的温度控制,实现电动产品在使用过程中动力系统出现异常高温时有效保护设备不受损伤,避免因连续高负荷或恶劣工况使用时动力系统大电流输出导致的高温造成动力系统关键元件烧毁或设备失控的情况,提高移动式升降工作平台的安全性能,保证了高空作业平台工作过程中的安全可靠性。
