The liquefied hydrogen tank is provided with: an inner tank for accommodating liquefied hydrogen; an outer tank surrounding the inner tank; a housing surrounding the outer tank; a first insulating layer disposed in a first region between the inner tank and the outer tank; and a second heat insulating layer disposed in a second region between the outer tank and the housing. The first region is filled with a first gas that is hydrogen or helium and is substantially atmospheric pressure or low vacuum, and the second region is filled with a second gas that includes at least one of an inert gas and dry air, and in a state in which liquefied hydrogen is housed in the inner tank, the first gas is substantially atmospheric pressure or low vacuum. The temperature of the outer tank is a predetermined outer tank management temperature that is higher than the condensation point of oxygen and that is equal to or lower than the atmospheric temperature.
