The intelligent logistics control system based on the Internet of Things comprises a vehicle body, a lifting plate is slidably inserted in the right side wall of the vehicle body, a first notch matched with the lifting plate is formed in the right side wall of the vehicle body, a hoisting plate is fixedly connected to the upper side wall of the lifting plate, and a hoisting lifting mechanism is arranged in the vehicle body; the lifting plate is provided with an auxiliary clamping mechanism, and the lower side wall of the lifting plate is fixedly connected with a fork plate. External information is transmitted to the PLC in the control box through the laser radar and the infrared camera, the PLC controls the vehicle body to move in the direction of the designated large logistics, the stability and safety of the logistics in the carrying process are improved through the arrangement of the auxiliary clamping mechanism, the horizontal sensor and the hydraulic cylinder are used in cooperation, and the safety of the logistics is improved. And the balance of the vehicle body is ensured, so that the stability of the vehicle body during carrying of large logistics is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的智慧物流控制系统,包括车体,所述车体的右侧壁滑动插设有升降板,所述车体的右侧壁开设有与升降板相匹配的槽口一,所述升降板的上侧壁固定连接有吊装板,所述车体的内部设置有吊装升降机构,所述所述升降板上设置有辅助夹持机构,所述升降板的下侧壁固定连接有叉板。本发明通过激光雷达和红外摄像头,将外部信息传递控制盒内PLC控制器,PLC控制器将控制车体向指定大件物流方向移动,辅助夹持机构的设置提高了件物流在被搬运的过程中的稳定性和安全性,水平传感器和液压缸的配合使用,保证了车体的平衡,从而保证车体搬运大件物流时的平稳性。
