The invention provides a reamed bolt hole positioning method for a slewing bearing of a tower crane, which belongs to the technical field of mechanical engineering and comprises the following steps of: selecting bolt holes in a slewing bearing frame and the slewing bearing for finish machining, and designing fastening bolts correspondingly used in the bolt holes into customized reamed bolts; and the fastening bolts are in interference fit with corresponding holes of the slewing bearing frame and the slewing bearing so as to achieve a positioning and matching effect. The installation meshing precision of the slewing bearing and the pinion is easily guaranteed, the adjustment amount during installation is reduced to a certain degree, and the four reamed bolts can counteract part of radial force generated by slewing operation of the tower crane to a certain degree; due to the fact that the installation face of the slewing bearing frame is a plane, the procedure of vertical turning is not needed, repeated positioning is reduced, machining efficiency is high, product positioning accuracy is high, interchangeability of product parts can be achieved, and batch production and stock are facilitated.

    本发明提供一种塔机回转支承的铰制螺栓孔定位方法,属于机械工程技术领域,选取回转支承架及回转支承上的螺栓孔进行精加工,同时将螺栓孔中对应使用的紧固螺栓设计成定制铰制螺栓,使紧固螺栓与回转支承架、回转支承对应的孔形成过盈配合,以达到定位配合作用。本发明容易保证回转支承与小齿轮的安装啮合精度,一定程度减少安装时的调整量,4颗铰制螺栓可以在一定程度上抵消部分由塔式起重机回转作业产生的径向力;由于回转支承架的安装面为平面,不需要经过立式车削这道工序,减少了反复定位,加工效率较高,产品定位精度高,产品部件可实现互换性,利于批量生产备货。
