The invention provides an anti-falling device for travelling wheels of a variable-amplitude trolley of a tower crane, which belongs to the technical field of mechanical manufacturing and comprises a variable-amplitude trolley frame, anti-falling structures are arranged at four corners of the variable-amplitude trolley frame, each anti-falling structure comprises an anti-falling top block, the anti-falling top blocks are welded on a main chord member of the variable-amplitude trolley frame, and the anti-falling top blocks are connected with the variable-amplitude trolley frame. The two sides of the anti-falling ejector block are symmetrically located above the inner sides of the centroid lines of the main chord members of the variable-amplitude trolley frame respectively, the anti-falling ejector block protrudes inwards, and when the variable-amplitude trolley frame falls, the anti-falling ejector block is placed on the lower chord member of the cargo boom to prevent falling. According to the actual requirements for anti-falling mounting and dismounting of the variable-amplitude trolley of the tower crane and explanation of the operation form of the variable-amplitude trolley, the connecting position structure of the anti-falling device of the variable-amplitude trolley is redesigned under the condition that the performance and the structural safety of the variable-amplitude trolley are not affected, the stress of related structural parts is improved to the maximum extent, and the safety of the tower crane is improved. The protection safety of the structure is improved, forced falling prevention is achieved, and the mounting and dismounting operation cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明提供一种塔机变幅小车行走轮防坠落装置,属于机械制造技术领域,包括变幅小车车架,变幅小车车架的四个角处设置有防坠落结构,防坠落结构包括防坠顶块,防坠顶块焊接在变幅小车车架主弦杆上,两侧对称分别位于变幅小车车架各主弦杆形心线内侧上方,防坠顶块向内突出,在变幅小车车架下坠时,防坠顶块搁在起重臂下弦杆上,防止坠落。本发明根据塔式起重机变幅小车防坠安拆的实际需求,以及对其操作形式进行说明,在保证变幅小车性能和结构安全性不受影响的情况下,对变幅小车防坠装置连接位结构进行重新设计,最大限度改善相关结构件受力,提升结构的防护安全性,实现强制防坠,有效降低安拆作业成本。
