The invention discloses an auxiliary device for power distribution steel tube tower assemblage, and relates to the field of steel tube tower assemblage, the auxiliary device comprises a main lifting mechanism and two auxiliary lifting mechanisms, the main lifting mechanism comprises a base, a main lifting rope, a lifting appliance and two stand columns installed on the base, and the top ends of the two stand columns are fixedly provided with the same connecting base; the steel tower section is slowly hoisted from the ground by connecting the hoisting tool with one end of the steel tower section, connecting the auxiliary shackle with the other end of the steel tower section and synchronously working through the winch and the electric hoist, and the hoisting rope is continuously wound through the winch, so that the steel tower section is slowly inclined upwards; and meanwhile, the electric hoist carriage slowly moves towards the direction of the stand column along with the inclination of the steel tower section, and the electric hoist slowly releases the auxiliary lifting rope until the steel tower section is lifted to a vertical state, so that the end part of the steel tower section is prevented from being in contact with the ground to cause abrasion, the construction cost is reduced, and the assembly efficiency of the steel tube tower is improved.

    本发明公开了一种配电钢管塔组立用辅助装置,涉及钢管塔组立领域,包括主起吊机构以及两组辅起吊机构,所述主起吊机构包括底座、主吊绳、吊具以及安装在底座上的两根立柱,两根立柱的顶端固定安装有同一个连接座,连接座上横向安装有多个定滑轮,本发明通过将吊具与刚塔节的一端连接,将辅卸扣与刚塔节的另一端连接,通过卷扬机和电动葫芦同步工作,将钢塔节缓缓从地面吊起,通过卷扬机持续收卷吊绳,使钢塔节缓缓向上倾斜,同时电动葫芦跑车随着钢塔节的倾斜,缓缓向立柱的方向移动,电动葫芦也缓缓放出辅吊绳,直至将钢塔节起吊至竖直状态,从而避免钢塔节的端部与地面接触,造成磨损,减少施工成本的同时,提高钢管塔的组立效率。
