The rotating piece is rotationally connected with the base through a rotating shaft, the rotating piece can be connected with a spacecraft unfolding accessory and a driving source for driving the rotating piece to rotate, the rotating piece is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion is provided with a first end face and a second end face which are opposite; the locking rod is rotationally connected with the base to form a labor-saving lever; the spring can apply pre-tightening force to one end of the locking rod and is used as locking power of the rotating piece; when the rotating piece rotates around the base to a set angle, the first end face abuts against the rotation stopping end face, the second end face abuts against the other end of the locking rod, and locking of the rotating piece is achieved. According to the device, through the lever effect of the locking rod, the locking rod has the force increasing effect, then the locking rod has large locking force on the rotating piece, and the bending rigidity of the locking device is improved.
本发明公开了一种增力预紧的展开锁定装置,属于航天器展开锁定机构技术领域,其包括底座、转动件、弹簧以及锁定杆;底座设置有止转端面;转动件通过转轴与底座转动连接,转动件能够与航天器展开附件和驱动转动件转动的驱动源连接,且转动件设置有凸起,凸起设置有相对的第一端面和第二端面;锁定杆与底座转动连接,构成省力杆杠;弹簧能够在锁定杆的一端施加预紧力,用作转动件的锁定动力;当转动件绕底座转动至设定角度时,第一端面与止转端面抵接,第二端面与锁定杆另一端抵接,实现对转动件的锁定。该装置通过锁定杆的杠杆效应,使得锁定杆具有增力的效果,进而锁定杆对转动件具有很大的锁定力,提高了该锁定装置的弯曲刚度。
