The invention discloses a two-dimensional rotation vibration suppression device which comprises a foundation platform serving as a base of the two-dimensional rotation vibration suppression device. And the spherical hinge support is arranged on the foundation platform. The load platform is located on the spherical hinge support and hinged to one end of the spherical hinge support, and the load platform horizontally rotates relative to the basic platform; and the load platform is used for placing a load to be subjected to vibration suppression. The supporting leg structures are arranged around the foundation platform at intervals and located between the foundation platform and the load platform; each supporting leg structure comprises a driving unit and a nonlinear elastic unit; the driving unit and the nonlinear elastic unit are connected in series; the driving unit is arranged on the basic platform and is connected with the load platform through the nonlinear elastic unit; the driving unit is used for generating rotation driving force so as to drive the load platform to turn over through the nonlinear elastic unit, and therefore bending vibration generated by the load is restrained. The invention has the advantages of high energy density, high dynamic response and simple control algorithm design.
