The invention discloses a method for installing and positioning a cabin control test piece on an iron bird test stand, which comprises the following steps of: designing a ground comprehensive test stand, and respectively designing the structures and the installation positions of an iron bird nose stand, a simulation cabin supporting platform and a cabin control test piece transition piece by taking an airplane full-aircraft coordinate system as a reference; a special connecting assembly is designed between the cabin control test piece transition piece and the platform structure frame; and positioning and installing the cabin control test piece on the ground comprehensive test bench, namely establishing a full-aircraft coordinate system by taking an aircraft coordinate origin O as an absolute origin, and sequentially installing the iron bird head rack, the simulation cabin supporting platform and the cabin control test piece transition piece. According to the technical scheme, the problem that a unified and reasonable mounting and positioning scheme is not formed due to the fact that the proportions and the structural compositions of test pieces used by various ground comprehensive test stands are different and the mounting modes are different is solved.

    本发明公开了一种座舱操纵试验件在铁鸟试验台上的安装定位方法,包括:设计地面综合试验台,确定以飞机全机坐标系为基准,对铁鸟机头台架、模拟座舱支撑平台和座舱操纵试验件过渡件的结构和安装位置分别进行设计;在座舱操纵试验件过渡件与平台结构框架之间设计有专用连接组件;实施对座舱操纵试验件在该地面综合试验台上的定位安装,包括:以飞机坐标原点O为绝对原点,建立全机坐标系,依次对铁鸟机头台架、模拟座舱支撑平台和座舱操纵试验件过渡件进行安装。本发明的技术方案解决了由于各类地面综合试验台使用的试验件比例和结构组成不同,且安装方式各不相同,从而导致尚且没有形成统一且合理的安装定位方案的问题。
