The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft aerial refueling design, and particularly relates to an aircraft aerial refueling hose whip-throwing prevention device which comprises a refueling hose, a telescopic pipe, a refueling connector, a stabilizing umbrella, a baffle ring, a spring and a telescopic cylinder, the telescopic pipe is telescopic, and the inlet end of the telescopic pipe is connected with the outlet end of the refueling hose; the refueling connector is connected to the outlet end of the telescopic pipe. The stabilizing umbrella is conical; the tip of the stabilizing umbrella is open and connected to the refueling connector. The baffle ring is sleeved on the telescopic pipe; the periphery of the telescopic pipe is sleeved with the spring. One end of the spring is connected to the refueling joint; the other end of the spring is connected to the baffle ring; the telescopic cylinder is telescopic and sleeves the periphery of the spring; one end of the telescopic cylinder is connected to the refueling joint; the other end of the telescopic cylinder is connected to the periphery of the baffle ring in a sleeved mode, gradually contracts, is in a conical shape and is connected to the refueling hose in a sleeved mode.
