The invention belongs to the technical field of scooters, and particularly relates to a scooter folding and locking mechanism. A scooter folding and locking mechanism comprises a front scooter frame and a rear scooter frame which are rotationally connected, one scooter frame is rotationally connected with a locking block, the locking block is provided with a clamping groove, the other scooter frame is provided with a clamping protrusion matched with the clamping groove, the locking block comprises a first locking block body and a second locking block body, the first locking block body is provided with a locking face, and the second locking block body is provided with a locking face. The second locking block is provided with a first limiting face used for making contact with the locking face, and an elastic piece driving the locking face to make contact with the first limiting face is arranged between the first locking block and the second locking block. When the locking surface is in contact with the first limiting surface, locking is realized; when the locking face does not make contact with the first limiting face, unlocking is achieved. The bicycle has the advantages that unlocking of the locking mechanism can be completed without pressing an unlocking protrusion all the time, so that an operator can unfold the bicycle conveniently, and the danger of hand clamping is reduced.
