The embodiment of the invention discloses a vehicle speed control method and device and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that after radar echo time of a vehicle is obtained, the road surface fluctuation condition of a target road surface area is determined based on the radar echo time and corresponding estimated radar echo time, the estimated radar echo time corresponds to the same detection distance as the corresponding radar echo time, and the target speed corresponding to the road surface fluctuation condition is obtained; the target speed is the speed when the vehicle reaches the target road surface area, and controlling the speed of the vehicle based on the target speed and the current speed of the vehicle. By means of the mode, after the radar echo time of the vehicle is obtained, the road surface fluctuation condition of the target road surface area and the corresponding target speed for comfortably passing through the target road surface area can be obtained in advance based on the radar echo time and the estimated radar time under the same detection distance, and therefore advanced speed reduction of the vehicle is achieved; therefore, the vehicle can stably pass through the target road surface area, and the riding comfort of the user is improved.

    本申请实施例公开了一种车速控制方法、装置以及车辆。该方法包括:在获取车辆的雷达回波时间后,基于雷达回波时间与对应的预估雷达回波时间,确定目标路面区域的路面起伏情况,预估雷达回波时间与所对应的雷达回波时间对应相同的探测距离,获取路面起伏情况对应的目标速度,目标速度为车辆到达目标路面区域时的速度,基于目标速度和车辆的当前速度,对车辆进行速度控制。通过上述方式使得,可以在获取车辆的雷达回波时间后,并基于相同探测距离下的雷达回波时间与预估雷达时间,可以提前得到目标路面区域的路面起伏情况和对应舒适通过目标路面区域的目标速度,从而实现车辆的提前降速,使车辆平稳驶过该目标路面区域,进而提升用户乘车舒适度。
