The invention discloses an electric motor coach air suspension airbag self-dedusting system which comprises a front subsystem connected with a quick release valve in a front wheel braking system and used for guiding out high-pressure waste gas discharged during braking of the front braking system to dedust a front airbag; the middle subsystem is connected with the differential relay valve and used for leading out high-pressure waste gas of the differential relay valve to remove dust in a middle air bag; and the rear subsystem is connected with the dryer and is used for leading out high-pressure waste gas of the dryer to remove dust from the rear air bag. On one hand, waste gas generated by a braking system and an air suspension air inlet system is used for cleaning the surface of a suspension air bag piston, the service life of an air bag is indirectly prolonged, the use cost of parts is reduced, meanwhile, energy of a vehicle is not consumed, and the energy-saving effect is achieved; on the other hand, high-pressure waste gas discharged by a brake exhaust valve, a differential relay valve and a dryer is drained, and the situation that the gas is directly blown to the bottom face to cause dust raising is avoided.
本发明公开了一种电动客车空气悬架气囊自除尘系统,包括:前子系统,所述前子系统与前轮制动系统中快放阀相连,用于导出所述前制动系统制动时排放的高压废气对前气囊进行除尘;中子系统,所述中子系统与差动继动阀相连,用于导出所述差动继动阀的高压废气对中气囊进行除尘;后子系统,所述后子系统与干燥器相连,用于导出所述干燥器的高压废气对所述后气囊进行除尘。一方面利用制动系统、空悬进气系统所产生的废气对悬架气囊活塞表面实施清洁,间接延长气囊的使用寿命,降低零部件的使用成本,同时不消耗车辆自身能源,达到节能效果,另一方面还对制动排气阀、差动继动阀和干燥器排放的高压废气进行引流避免气体直接吹向底面导致扬尘。
