The charging inner cover assembly further comprises an inner cover driving motor which is used for driving the direct current inner cover or the alternating current inner cover to rotate around the pivoting axis relative to the base body so as to correspondingly open and close the direct current charging port or the alternating current charging port. The charging inner cover is independently provided with the motor for driving, and the inner cover can be controlled to be opened and closed independently of the outer cover, so that manual operation is not needed, an external charging device is not needed to execute the opening and closing operation of the inner cover, and the charging process is simplified.
