The invention provides a dual-motor power assembly with an integrated shell and an electric vehicle, the dual-motor power assembly comprises two middle shells and a middle partition plate, and a containing cavity of each middle shell is used for containing a speed reducer and a motor. The middle partition plate comprises two partition plate installation faces, the two partition plate installation faces are opposite, and each partition plate installation face is used for being fixedly connected with one middle shell. Each partition plate installation face comprises two partition plate oil holes, and the directions of the partition plate oil holes of the two partition plate installation faces are opposite. The two partition plate oil holes in each partition plate installation face communicate with each other through one inner oil channel of the middle partition plate, and the two partition plate oil holes in each partition plate installation face communicate with one heat exchanger and one containing cavity through the two inner oil channels of one middle shell correspondingly. According to the dual-motor power assembly, the two independent oil channels are formed in the middle partition plate to independently supply oil to the containing cavities of the two middle shells, the situation that cooling oil is not evenly distributed in the dual-motor power assembly is relieved, and therefore the working efficiency of the dual-motor power assembly is improved.
