The invention discloses an aircraft collision risk evaluation method and system, and belongs to the technical field of measures and approaches for guaranteeing flight safety. The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a standard Cartesian coordinate system, and determining coordinates of an obstacle and an aircraft based on the standard Cartesian coordinate system; s2, determining an obstacle area; a CRM model is constructed, and the collision risk probability of the obstacle and the aircraft in the obstacle area is calculated based on the CRM model; s3, distribution is adjusted based on airport and aircraft parameters, a vertical probability and a lateral probability are calculated, and a total collision risk probability is obtained based on the vertical probability and the lateral probability; and S4, based on comparison between the total collision risk probability and a set threshold value, collision risk assessment is carried out based on a comparison result, and an assessment result is obtained. The method provides a theoretical and method reference for aircraft obstacle avoidance, and is of great significance to aviation safety management.
