The invention relates to aviation airborne high-altitude icing and freezing rain condensation test equipment which is characterized by comprising a box body, a processing module, a spraying module, a wind power module, a vacuum module, a first temperature control module, a measuring module, a humidity module, a second temperature control module, a bearing part, a drainage module, an exhaust module and a box door. The invention further provides an aviation airborne high-altitude icing and freezing rain condensation test method. Under the cooling effect of the second temperature control module, the spraying module is matched with the first temperature control module to reduce the temperature in the box body, so that vaporific liquid drops sprayed by the spraying module form supercooled liquid drops, the supercooled liquid drops are adhered to the test piece, the supercooled liquid drops are frozen on the test piece, and the freezing condition of the test piece in actual flight is simulated; meanwhile, the vacuum module reduces the air pressure in the box body, and the water drainage module discharges excessive water, so that the influence of excessive evaporation of water in the low-pressure box body on air pressure control in the box body is avoided, the actual high-altitude environment is fully simulated, and the accuracy of test results is ensured.

    本发明涉及航空机载高空结冰冻雨凝结试验设备,其特征在于,包括:箱体、处理模块、喷雾模块、风力模块、真空模块、第一温控模块、测量模块、湿度模块、第二温控模块、承载件、排水模块、排风模块和箱门。还提供航空机载高空结冰冻雨凝结试验方法。喷雾模块在第二温控模块的降温作用下,配合第一温控模块降低箱体内的温度,进而使喷雾模块喷出的雾状液滴形成过冷液滴,并使其粘附在试验件上,过冷液滴在试验件上形成结冰,模拟实际飞行中试验件的结冰情况,同时真空模块降低箱体内气压,排水模块即使将多余水分排出,避免低压箱体内水分过量蒸发影响箱体内气压的控制,进而充分模拟实际高空环境,保证试验结果准确性。
