The hoisting mechanism is controlled to run at different running speeds at different stages, stable load hoisting is achieved, compared with the mode that a hoisting drive control system is manually operated to drive the hoisting mechanism to run, the situation that safety accidents are caused by misoperation is avoided, and the problem that in the prior art, the hoisting drive control system is manually operated to drive the hoisting mechanism to run, and the hoisting efficiency is high is solved. And the control reliability of the hoisting mechanism is improved.

    本申请公开一种起升机构控制方法、设备、系统及存储介质,涉及电气控制技术领域,方法包括:起升机构开始工作后,获取起升机构中连接绳的松紧状态;松紧状态包括松弛状态或者张紧状态;根据松紧状态,确定起升机构的当前工作阶段;当前工作阶段包括起升阶段、稳定运行阶段或下降触地阶段;根据当前工作阶段,确定起升机构的运行速度;根据运行速度,控制起升机构运行。本申请控制起升机构在不同阶段,以不同的运行速度运行,实现平稳吊装负载,相较于人为操作起升驱控系统来驱动起升机构运行,不会出现操作不当引发安全事故的情况,解决了现有通过人为操作起升驱控系统来驱动起升机构运行,可靠性低的技术问题,提高了起升机构控制的可靠性。
