The invention discloses a reusable extra-heavy prefabricated part lifting appliance which is used for lifting a prefabricated part. The prefabricated part comprises a hoisting part; the hoisting part protrudes upwards and is provided with a reserved through hole; the reserved opposite-penetrating hole is used for penetrating an opposite-penetrating steel bar; the length of each oppositely-penetrating steel bar is larger than that of the corresponding reserved oppositely-penetrating hole, and the two ends of each oppositely-penetrating steel bar are located outside the range of the corresponding hoisting part and sleeved with rope lifting lugs and fixing single nuts; each rope lifting lug penetrates from one end of the corresponding oppositely-penetrating steel bar, is tightly attached to the side face of the lifting part of the corresponding prefabricated part and is fixed through a fixing single nut arranged at one end of the corresponding oppositely-penetrating steel bar; and each rope lifting lug arranged on the same prefabricated part is connected with a carrying pole beam steel bar which is positioned above the corresponding prefabricated part and comprises a lifting lug through a rope. The lifting appliance can be repeatedly used between different prefabricated parts, waste caused by the fact that an existing lifting appliance cannot be used can be avoided, and the cost of a prefabricated project is reduced.

    本发明公开了可重复利用的超重型预制构件吊具,用于吊装预制构件;预制构件包括吊装部;吊装部向上凸出,设有预留对穿孔洞;预留对穿孔洞用于穿设对穿钢棒;对穿钢棒的长度大于相应的预留对穿孔洞,两端位于相应的吊装部范围外,并均套设有绳具吊耳和固定单螺母;每一绳具吊耳均从相应的对穿钢棒的一端穿入,紧贴相应的预制构件的吊装部的侧面,并通过设置在相应的对穿钢棒的一端的固定单螺母固定;设置在同一预制构件的每一绳具吊耳均通过绳具与位于相应的预制构件上方的包括吊具吊耳的扁担梁钢棒连接。本发明的吊具能够在不同的预制构件之间重复使用,能够解决现有吊具无法使用而导致的浪费,并降低预制工程的成本。
