The invention belongs to the technical field of elevator monitoring, and particularly relates to an elevator driver and passenger counting management and control system which comprises a passenger counting system and a passenger management and control system. The people counting system is used for analyzing pictures in the lift car in real time and counting people in the lift car by adopting a preset algorithm, and the people counting system comprises an image acquisition module, an image processing module and a people counting module; the people number management and control system is used for managing and controlling the number of people in the elevator car and comprises a people recognition module, a data transmission module and an alarm module, and the alarm module is electrically connected with a control system of the elevator. The counting of the number of people in the lift car of the construction hoist and the identity recognition of the people in the lift car are realized through the people number calculation module and the people recognition module, and the collected data are uploaded to an external host to realize the real-time monitoring of the construction hoist; meanwhile, the alarm module can quickly respond in real time according to information fed back by the host, so that accidents are prevented, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.

    本发明属于升降机监测技术领域,尤其为一种升降机驾乘人员清点管控系统,包括人数清点系统及人数管控系统;人数清点系统用于实时分析轿厢内部画面,并采用预设算法对轿厢内部人数进行统计,且人数清点系统包括图像采集模块、图像处理模块及人数计算模块;人数管控系统用于对轿厢内部人数进行管控,且人数管控系统包括人物识别模块、数据传输模块及报警模块,报警模块与升降机的控制系统电连接。通过人数计算模块及人物识别模块实现了施工升降机轿厢内人数的清点以及轿厢内人员身份识别,并将采集的数据上传至外部主机实现对施工升降机的实时监控;同时报警模块可实时根据主机反馈的信息进行快速反应,从而防止意外的发生,消除安全隐患。
