The automatic separation device for the marine target ship test data recovery cabin is high in structural reliability, two groups of floating ball switches are arranged at the bottom of the recovery cabin, and the switches are in an off state when the heads face downwards and are closed when the heads face upwards. When the recovery cabin gradually falls, the second floating ball switch firstly makes contact with the sea surface, then the head portion of the second floating ball switch is pulled upwards by the second heavy hammer to form a closed loop with the second electric ratchet shear and the main power source, and the transmission cable is cut off by the second electric ratchet shear. When the recovery cabin continues to fall, the first electric ratchet shear shears off the hanging rope in a similar way, so that the recovery cabin thoroughly enters the sea surface. According to the device, an electric driving mode with higher reliability is adopted while automatic control is achieved, the floating ball switch is arranged on the outer side of a ship side, the shearing process of the electric ratchet shear is not affected by the posture of a target ship, the situation that a rope or a cable cannot be cut off due to ship body inclination or insufficient power is avoided, and it is guaranteed that a recovery cabin is separated correctly; the method is suitable for large-scale industrial use and popularization.

    本发明的海上靶船试验数据回收舱自动脱离装置,装置结构可靠性高,在回收舱底部设置两组浮球开关,此种开关头部朝下时为断开状态,头部朝上时闭合。当回收舱逐渐下落,第二浮球开关先接触海面,进而在第二重锤的拉动下头部向上,与第二电棘轮剪和主电源形成闭合回路,第二电棘轮剪剪断传输线缆。当回收舱继续下落,同理,第一电棘轮剪剪断悬挂绳索,使回收舱彻底进入海面。本装置在实现自动控制的同时,采用了可靠性更高的电驱动形式,且浮球开关置于船舷外侧,电棘轮剪的剪切过程不受靶船姿态影响,不会因为船体倾斜或动力不足导致无法切断绳索或线缆,保证回收舱正确脱离,适于工业上大规模使用与推广。
