The invention discloses a laying, tie-back and tensioning method for a floating fan anchor leg with a tensioner. The laying, tie-back and tensioning method comprises the following steps that an operation ship carries out lower platform chain laying according to a designed route; the draught fan lowers the upper platform chain into water, and the operation ship recycles the upper platform chain and the lower platform chain to the deck of the operation ship; the tail end of the lower platform chain is connected with a tensioner, after the free end of the upper platform chain penetrates through the tensioner for a certain number of chain rings, the tensioner fixes the free end, and the upper platform chain and the lower platform chain are connected and put into water; when the fan moves the ship at the designed position, the operation ship gradually recovers the free end of the upper platform chain until the marking ring with the designed length of the upper platform chain reaches the tail end of the tensioner, and the pre-tensioning work of the lower platform chain is completed; the connection of a portion of the upper platform chain that has passed through the tensioner is disconnected underwater, and the work vessel retrieves the disconnected upper platform chain. The online tensioner is used for achieving anchor system tensioning, the anchor chain laying and tie-back efficiency is greatly improved, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种带有张紧器的浮式风机锚腿的铺设、回接及张紧方法,包括以下步骤:作业船舶按照设计路由进行下平台链铺设;风机下放上平台链入水,作业船舶回收上平台链和下平台链至作业船舶甲板;下平台链末端连接有张紧器,将上平台链自由端穿过张紧器一定链环数后,张紧器进行固定,完成上平台链和下平台链的连接并下放入水;风机移船设计位置,作业船舶逐步回收上平台链自由端,直至上平台链设计长度的标记环到达张紧器的末端,完成下平台链的预张紧工作;水下断开已穿过张紧器的部分上平台链的连接,作业船舶回收断开连接的上平台链。本发明通过运用在线张紧器实现锚系张紧,大幅度提高了锚链铺设及回接效率,实现降本增效。
