The invention provides a tubular column collapsing structure which comprises a steering outer tube assembly, a tubular column collapsing device and a driving device, the steering outer tube assembly comprises a steering outer tube and a telescopic motor arranged on the steering outer tube, and a mounting groove extending in the axial direction of the steering outer tube is formed in the tube wall of the steering outer tube; the steering inner pipe assembly comprises a steering inner pipe and a tearing belt assembly, the tearing belt assembly comprises a tearing belt arranged on the steering inner pipe, and a pre-tearing protrusion is formed at one end of the tearing belt; the crumpling assembly comprises a crumpling support, a shear nail and a crumpling block, the crumpling support is arranged at the position, located in the installation groove, of the steering outer pipe, one end of the crumpling support is connected with the steering inner pipe through the shear nail, the other end of the crumpling support is connected with the telescopic motor, and the crumpling block is arranged on the crumpling support in a protruding mode; the end, away from the crumple support, of the crumple block extends into the mounting groove and is connected with the pre-tearing protrusion in a clamped mode. The shearing nails can be broken under the action of shearing force. The tubular column crumpling structure aims at solving the problems that in the prior art, crumpling force of a steering tubular column crumpling mechanism is difficult to control, and the crumpling force fluctuation is large.

    本发明提供一种管柱溃缩结构,包括:转向外管总成,包括转向外管以及设于转向外管上的伸缩电机,转向外管的管壁上开设有沿其轴向延伸的安装槽;转向内管总成,包括转向内管以及撕裂带组件,撕裂带组件包括设于转向内管上的撕裂带,撕裂带的一端形成预撕裂凸起;以及,溃缩组件,包括溃缩支架、剪切钉以及溃缩块,溃缩支架设于转向外管位于安装槽处,溃缩支架的一端通过剪切钉与转向内管连接,另一端与伸缩电机连接,溃缩块凸设于溃缩支架,溃缩块远离溃缩支架的一端伸入安装槽内并与预撕裂凸起卡接;剪切钉可在剪切力作用下断裂。本发明提供的管柱溃缩结构旨在解决传统技术中转向管柱溃缩机构溃缩力难以控制以及溃缩力波动大的问题。
