The first lead screw is of a cylindrical structure, and the nut is in threaded connection to a first external thread on the first lead screw; the second lead screw and the first lead screw are coaxially arranged, the second lead screw can be inserted into the first lead screw, a second external thread is arranged on the periphery of the second lead screw, and the thread rotating directions of the first external thread and the second external thread are opposite; the connecting sleeve is fixedly arranged at the first end of the first lead screw and provided with an internal thread and an external gear, a second external thread of the second lead screw is in threaded connection with the internal thread of the connecting sleeve, and the transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the external gear of the connecting sleeve. The device can meet the working condition requirements of long-stroke telescopic adjustment and rapid adjustment of the steering wheel, the second lead screw can be inserted into the first lead screw, the whole device is only provided with one driving motor, and the requirement for saving space can be met.

    本发明提供一种线控转向系统方向盘伸缩调节装置,涉及电动调节管柱技术领域,包括:第一丝杆、第二丝杆、螺母、连接套和传动机构。第一丝杆构造为圆筒状结构,螺母螺纹连接至第一丝杆上的第一外螺纹;第二丝杆与第一丝杆同轴设置,第二丝杆能够插设至第一丝杆中,第二丝杆的外周设置有第二外螺纹,第一外螺纹和第二外螺纹的丝牙旋向相反;连接套固定设置在第一丝杆的第一端,连接套具有内螺纹和外齿轮,第二丝杆的第二外螺纹与连接套的内螺纹螺纹连接,传动机构与连接套的外齿轮传动连接。该装置能够满足方向盘的长行程伸缩调节和快速调节的工况要求,第二丝杆能够插设至第一丝杆中,整个装置仅配置一个驱动电机,可以满足节省空间的需求。
