The invention provides an anti-freezing protection method for a condensate fan. The anti-freezing protection method can be applied to the technical field of air conditioning system control. The anti-freezing protection method of the condensate fan comprises the steps that a fresh air temperature sensor arranged at a fresh air opening of an air conditioning system is used for collecting the temperature outside a train compartment; a return air temperature sensor arranged at a return air inlet of the air conditioning system is used for collecting the temperature in the train compartment; under the condition that the temperature outside the train compartment does not exceed a first preset temperature threshold value, the state of the anti-freezing protection switch is adjusted to be in an off state; under the condition that the temperature outside the train compartment exceeds a first preset temperature threshold value, the state of the anti-freezing protection switch is adjusted to be in a closed state; according to the temperature outside the train compartment, the temperature inside the train compartment and the state feedback signal of the anti-freezing protection switch, the working state of the anti-freezing protection switch is determined; and performing anti-freezing protection on the condensation fan unit according to the working state. The invention further provides an air conditioning system and a train.
