The safe driving early warning method provided by the invention comprises the steps that initial early warning information reported by a vehicle-mounted terminal is acquired, and the initial early warning information is reported when the vehicle-mounted terminal detects that a vehicle has an abnormal driving behavior; classifying abnormal driving behaviors indicated by the initial early warning information to obtain behavior types of the abnormal driving behaviors in the initial early warning information; determining a risk condition of a driver on the vehicle according to the behavior type of the abnormal driving behavior; and when the risk condition satisfies a preset condition, starting a safety early warning corresponding to the risk condition.
