The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle braking, in particular to a residual brake fluid pressure relief method and an electronic hydraulic braking system.The residual brake fluid pressure relief method comprises the steps that a learning zero position is set in a pressure building cavity, and the distance between the learning zero position and a software zero position is set as the total pressure relief stroke; whether the pressure relief action is executed or not is judged when the piston is in the zero position; the pressure relief stroke of the piston meeting the pressure relief requirement is obtained based on the hydraulic pressure information; when the pressure relief action is executed, the piston in the zero learning position moves towards the direction of the motor for a pressure relief stroke; the electronic hydraulic brake system adopts the residual brake fluid pressure relief method. When residual hydraulic pressure exists in the pressure buildup cavity, the piston can conduct pressure relief by moving within the range of the total pressure relief stroke, digestion of the residual hydraulic pressure in the pressure buildup cavity is achieved, the influence of the residual hydraulic pressure on a brake system can be eliminated, and the effect of relieving the residual hydraulic pressure consistent with that of a liquid supplementing hole is achieved.

    本发明涉及车辆制动技术领域,具体涉及一种残余制动液压力泄除方法及电子液压制动系统,残余制动液压力泄除方法,包括于建压腔中设定学零位,学零位与软件零位之间的距离设定为泄压总行程;基于活塞处于学零位时判断是否执行泄压动作;基于液压力信息获取活塞满足泄压需求的泄压行程;于执行泄压动作时,处于学零位的活塞朝向电机的方向移动泄压行程;电子液压制动系统,采用上述的残余制动液压力泄除方法;本申请在建压腔中存在残余液压力时,活塞能通过在泄压总行程的范围内的移动进行泄压,实现残余液压力在建压腔内的“消化”,能够消除残余液压力对制动系统的影响,达到与补液孔一致的泄除残余液压力的效果。
