The invention provides a low-voltage electrical architecture method for a commercial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the inter-domain isolation of a whole vehicle network through a central gateway according to the function, so as to divide the whole vehicle network into a power network segment, a chassis network segment, a vehicle body network segment, a diagnosis network segment, and an intelligent driving network segment; setting the power network segment, the chassis network segment, the vehicle body network segment and the diagnosis network segment into a distributed architecture so as to realize network segment platform application; and setting the intelligent driving network segment into a distributed architecture or a domain control architecture according to configuration requirements so as to provide an intelligent expansion interface. According to the invention, the intelligent expansion capability and the personalized function upgrading capability of the vehicle can be improved, and the flexibility of the vehicle electrical architecture is improved.

    本发明提供一种商用车的低压电气架构方法,包括:通过中央网关对整车网络按功能进行域间隔离,以分为动力网段、底盘网段、车身网段、诊断网段和智驾网段;将所述动力网段、所述底盘网段、所述车身网段和所述诊断网段设置成分布式架构,以实现网段平台化应用;将所述智驾网段根据配置需求设置成分布式架构或域控架构,以提供智能化扩展接口。本发明能提高车辆智能化扩展能力和个性化功能升级能力,提高车辆电气架构的灵活性。
