The embodiment of the invention discloses an automobile seat control method and device, an anti-carsickness seat, a storage medium and an automobile, and relates to the field of automobile control. The method comprises the following steps: starting an anti-carsickness mode, and displaying a 3D video stream collected by a camera to a passenger; detecting a linear acceleration value, a linear acceleration direction, an angular acceleration value and an angular acceleration direction of the vehicle; if the linear acceleration value is larger than the first threshold value, controlling a sliding driving assembly to drive a seat body to slide in the direction opposite to the linear acceleration direction according to the linear acceleration value; if the angular acceleration value is larger than the second threshold value, the rotation driving assembly is controlled to drive the seat body to rotate in the direction opposite to the angular acceleration direction according to the angular acceleration value, and the situation that carsickness is likely to happen to passengers when the vehicle accelerates, decelerates and turns can be relieved.
