The invention relates to the technical field of heat exchange, and discloses liquid cooling equipment and a charging pile. The liquid cooling equipment is used for cooling a to-be-cooled device, the liquid cooling equipment comprises a pump, a heat exchanger and a liquid storage tank, the pump, the heat exchanger and the liquid storage tank are used for being connected with a cooling liquid flow channel of the to-be-cooled device to form a cooling loop, and the cooling loop is used for cooling the to-be-cooled device; the outlet of the pump communicates with the inlet of the pump to form a bypass loop, the bypass loop does not pass through the heat exchanger and the cooling liquid flow channel, and the cooling device is used for conducting the cooling loop or the bypass loop. In the bypass loop, flow resistance components such as a cooling liquid flow channel and a radiator do not exist, so that the flow resistance in the bypass loop is relatively small, the working pressure of the pump can be gradually released in the operation process of the bypass loop, and the bypass loop can achieve the pressure relief effect on the pump; the risk that parts or pipelines of the liquid cooling equipment are damaged due to the fact that the working pressure of the pump is too large is reduced, and the structural reliability of the liquid cooling equipment is improved.

    本申请涉及热量交换技术领域,公开了一种液冷设备及充电桩。液冷设备用于为待散热器件散热,液冷设备包括泵、换热器、储液罐,泵、换热器、储液罐用于与待散热器件的冷却液流道连接形成冷却回路,冷却回路用于对待散热器件散热;泵的出口与泵的入口连通形成旁通回路,旁通回路不经过换热器和冷却液流道,冷却设备用于导通冷却回路或旁通回路。旁通回路中由于不存在冷却液流道和散热器等流阻部件,因此旁通回路中的流阻相对较小,旁通回路运行的过程中泵的工作压力能够逐渐释放,因此旁通回路可以实现对泵的泄压作用,减小由于泵的工作压力过大而造成的液冷设备部件或管路损坏的风险,提高液冷设备的结构可靠性。
