The invention discloses an electric vehicle pre-charging fault detection method and a vehicle-mounted controller. The pre-charging fault can be timely and accurately detected. The method comprises the following steps: in response to a high-voltage power-on instruction, identifying a battery charging/discharging mode, and judging whether there is a need to store pre-charging information in a memory in a current mode, the pre-charging information comprising a change of a preset parameter in a pre-charging process and a pre-charging time constant; if yes, a pre-charging loop is switched on, whether pre-charging is completed or not is judged by monitoring the change of the prediction parameters, and when pre-charging is completed, pre-charging information in the current mode is obtained and stored in a storage; if no demand exists, the loop is switched on, the change of the prediction parameters is monitored, the pre-charging information in the current mode is called from the memory, and the pre-charging time needed in the current mode is predicted according to the called pre-charging information; and before reaching the pre-charging time, comparing the change of the monitored prediction parameter with the change of the called prediction parameter, and judging whether a pre-charging fault exists or not.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车预充电故障检测方法和车载控制器,实现了及时准确地检测预充电故障。该方法包括:响应于高压上电指令,识别电池充/放电模式,判断当前模式下有无向存储器存入预充电信息的需求,该预充电信息包括预充电过程中预设参数的变化和预充电时间常数;若有,接通预充电回路,监测预测参数的变化来判断预充电完成与否,当预充电完成时获取当前模式下的预充电信息并存入存储器;若无需求,接通该回路,监测预测参数的变化,从存储器中调取当前模式下的预充电信息,根据调取的预充电信息预测当前模式下需要的预充电时间;在达到预充电时间前,通过将监测到的预测参数的变化和调取的预测参数的变化作比较,判断是否存在预充电故障。
