The invention discloses a dual-motor drive axle which comprises a first motor and a second motor which are used for providing power for a first inner gear ring, the first inner gear ring is connected with a plurality of output gears and a second inner gear ring through a transmission structure, and a main transmission shaft is selectively connected with one of the output gears or the inner gear rings through a sliding sleeve set. In addition, the invention further discloses a vehicle applying the dual-motor drive axle. According to the dual-motor drive axle, the inner gear ring and the outer gear are used in cooperation, four gears can be achieved only through three rows of gears, the axial size of the drive axle is effectively reduced, the size of the gears can be reduced through the double-intermediate-shaft structural design, and the service life of the drive axle can be prolonged through symmetrical arrangement; and meanwhile, the high-efficiency interval of the motor can be better utilized, so that the transmission efficiency of the dual-motor drive axle is improved.
