The invention relates to an air-supplementing enthalpy-increasing heat pump integrated thermal management air-conditioning system and method for an electric bus, the high-pressure side of a compressor is connected with a four-way valve, and an outdoor core body is connected with two branches: the outdoor core body is connected with a battery thermal management heat exchanger through a first one-way valve, and the battery thermal management heat exchanger is connected with the inlet side of a gas-liquid separator; the outlet side of the gas-liquid separator is connected with the low-pressure side of the compressor; the outdoor core body is connected with a main expansion valve, an outlet of the main expansion valve is also divided into two paths, and one path is connected with the battery heat management heat exchanger through a second one-way valve; the other path is connected with an indoor core body through an air supply intermediate heat exchanger; the indoor core body is connected with a four-way valve; the first end of the air supply intermediate heat exchanger is connected with the medium-pressure side of the compressor, the second end is connected with the main path expansion valve through the heat exchange air supply expansion valve, the third end is directly connected with the main path expansion valve, and the fourth end is connected with the indoor core body. The system integrates the functions of high-temperature refrigeration, normal-temperature refrigeration, normal-temperature heating, low-temperature heating, defrosting, refrigeration battery cooling heat management, heating battery cooling heat management and the like.

    一种电动大巴用补气增焓热泵集成热管理空调系统及方法,压缩机的高压侧连接有四通阀,室外芯体连接两支路:室外芯体通过第一单向阀连接电池热管理换热器,电池热管理换热器连接气液分离器的入口侧,气液分离器的出口侧连接压缩机低压侧;室外芯体连接主路膨胀阀,主路膨胀阀的出口也分为两路,一路经第二单向阀连接电池热管理换热器;另一路经补气中间换热器连接室内芯体,室内芯体连接四通阀;所述补气中间换热器的第一端连接压缩机中压侧,第二端通过换热补气膨胀阀连接主路膨胀阀,第三端直接连接主路膨胀阀,第四端连接室内芯体。本发明兼顾高温制冷、常温制冷、常温制热、低温制热、除霜、制冷电池冷却热管理和制热电池冷却热管理等功能。
