The invention discloses a magnetorheological damper control method and system and a vehicle suspension system. The control system comprises a fuzzy PID controller and a parameter optimizer. The fuzzy PID controller comprises a fuzzy logic controller and a PID controller. Firstly, a fuzzy logic controller determines PID parameters of a PID controller by utilizing a fuzzy rule according to the deviation between a set value and an actual output value of damping force output by the magnetorheological damper; and then, the parameter optimizer optimizes the PID parameters output by the fuzzy logic controller by adopting a grey wolf algorithm to obtain the optimal PID parameters. And finally, the PID controller can adjust the parameters according to the optimization result of the parameter optimizer, and the magneto-rheological damper is controlled through the fuzzy PID controller subjected to parameter adjustment, so that the performance of the fuzzy PID controller is effectively improved, and the riding comfort of the vehicle is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种磁流变阻尼器控制方法及系统、车辆悬挂系统,控制系统包括模糊PID控制器和参数优化器。模糊PID控制器包括模糊逻辑控制器和PID控制器。首先,模糊逻辑控制器根据磁流变阻尼器输出阻尼力的设定值和实际输出值之间的偏差,利用模糊规则确定PID控制器的PID参数。然后,参数优化器采用灰狼算法对模糊逻辑控制器输出的PID参数进行优化,得到最优的PID参数。最后,PID控制器可以根据参数优化器的优化结果调整参数,并通过参数调整后的模糊PID控制器对磁流变阻尼器进行控制,从而有效地改善模糊PID控制器的性能,进而提高了车辆的乘坐舒适度。
