The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace engineering aerodynamic thermal protection, in particular to a flexible thermal protection system and a preparation method thereof.The flexible thermal protection system comprises a flexible fiber cloth functional layer, a metal foil functional layer, a flexible fiber reinforced aerogel composite material functional layer and a flexible fiber reinforced elastomer composite material functional layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the flexible fiber cloth functional layer, the metal foil functional layer, the flexible fiber reinforced aerogel composite material functional layer and the flexible fiber reinforced elastomer composite material functional layer are sewn through fiber sewing lines. According to the flexible thermal protection system, all the functional layers work cooperatively, the problems that rigid thermal protection materials cannot deform and fiber woven materials are poor in permeation and heat transfer performance are solved, the ablation retreating rate of the flexible thermal protection system can be greatly reduced, and the high temperature resistance and large deformation adaptability of the structure are improved.
本发明涉及航空航天工程气动热防护技术领域,尤其是涉及一种柔性热防护系统及其制备方法,包括自上而下依次设置的柔性纤维布功能层、金属箔功能层、柔性纤维增强气凝胶复合材料功能层和柔性纤维增强弹性体复合材料功能层;所述柔性纤维布功能层、所述金属箔功能层、所述柔性纤维增强气凝胶复合材料功能层和所述柔性纤维增强弹性体复合材料功能层之间使用纤维缝合线缝合。本发明各功能层协同工作,克服了刚性防热材料无法变形和纤维编织材料渗透与传热性能差的难题,使得该柔性热防护系统能够大幅降低烧蚀后退速率、提升结构耐高温和大变形适应能力。
