The invention discloses a storage battery system on a dynamic positioning ship, which comprises a first storage battery system unit, a second storage battery system unit, a charger selection switch and a bus tie switch QF. The first storage battery system unit and the second storage battery system unit are connected through the bus tie switch QF, the charger selection switch is arranged on the first storage battery system unit, and the charger selection switch is arranged on the second storage battery system unit. The first storage battery system unit and the second storage battery system unit are each provided with a charger, a rectifier and a step-down diode. According to the storage battery system on the dynamic positioning ship, two sets of storage battery systems meeting the specification requirements are made into a whole, and the equipment arrangement space can be saved; due to the fact that chargers of the first storage battery system unit and the second storage battery system unit in the storage battery system can be standby for each other, each system unit can be provided with only one charger in the product design. Under the normal sailing working condition, mutual redundancy of the first storage battery system unit and the second storage battery system unit can be achieved, and the safety of the system is improved.
