The invention provides a battery direct cooling system and method, a vehicle battery management system and a vehicle. The system comprises a direct cooling plate and a switching detection device, and a flow channel and a liquid accumulation groove are formed in the direct cooling plate; a refrigerant circulates in the flow channel, the flow channel is provided with two circulation openings, namely a first circulation opening and a second circulation opening, any one circulation opening serves as an inlet of the flow channel, and the other circulation opening serves as an outlet of the flow channel. The liquid accumulation tanks comprise a first liquid accumulation tank and a second liquid accumulation tank which are respectively arranged at the first circulation port and the second circulation port, are deposited with a refrigerant, are close to the outlet and are used for supplementing the refrigerant in the flow channel, and are close to the inlet and are used for receiving the refrigerant flowing into the inlet so as to keep the refrigerant in the flow channel in a saturated state; and if the trigger signal generated by the switching detection device is received, the outlet is switched to the inlet so that the refrigerant can flow in the reverse direction. The heat exchange uniformity of the direct cooling system is guaranteed, the dry-out phenomenon is avoided, and the heat exchange reliability of the direct cooling system is high.

    本发明提供一种电池直冷系统、方法、车辆电池管理系统及车辆,该系统包括:直冷板和切换检测装置,直冷板内设置有流道和积液槽;其中,流道内流通有制冷剂,设置有两个流通口,分别为第一流通口和第二流通口,任选一流通口作为流道的进口,另一流通口作为流道的出口;积液槽包括第一积液槽和第二积液槽,分别设置于第一流通口和第二流通口,且沉积有制冷剂,靠近出口的积液槽,用于补充流道内的制冷剂,靠近进口的积液槽,用于接收流入进口的制冷剂,以使流道中制冷剂保持饱和状态;若接收到切换检测装置生成的触发信号,则将出口切换为进口以使制冷剂反向流动。本发明保证了直冷系统换热的均匀性,避免出现烧干现象,直冷系统换热的可靠性高。
