The invention discloses a hoisting design method of a three-section type prefabricated pier, and belongs to the field of pier hoisting design, and the hoisting design method comprises the following steps: S100, determining a structural form: determining the prefabricated pier as an upper-section prefabricated pier cap, a middle-section prefabricated pier body and a lower-section prefabricated pier abutment which are independently prefabricated in a three-section type structure; s200, determining loads and coefficients of the upper-section prefabricated pier cap, the middle-section prefabricated pier body and the lower-section prefabricated pier abutment; s300, lifting points and lifting assemblies are designed; s400, parameters of the hoisting assembly are designed; s500, analyzing a finite element model; the lifting point embedded part of the segmented component is designed, the reasonable position of the lifting point is provided, and a complete lifting system is formed. The stress values of the suspender, the lifting lug and the anchor bearing plate of the lifting component under the action of the lifting design load are smaller than the design strength of corresponding materials, and the requirement of lifting construction can be met; the anti-punching bearing capacity of the concrete structure at the bottom anchor bearing plate meets the load requirement of hoisting construction.

    本发明公开了一种三段式预制桥墩的吊装设计方法,属于桥墩吊装设计领域,包括如下步骤:S100、确定结构形式:确定预制桥墩为三段式结构分别独立预制的上节预制墩帽,中节预制墩身以及下节预制墩台;S200、确定上节预制墩帽,中节预制墩身以及下节预制墩台的荷载及系数;S300、吊点及吊装组件设计;S400、吊装组件参数设计;S500、有限元模型分析;本发明针对分段构件的吊点预埋件进行设计,并给出吊点的合理位置,组成完整的吊装系统。吊装构件的吊杆、吊耳、锚垫板在吊装设计荷载作用下的应力值均小于对应材料的设计强度,能够满足吊装施工的要求;混凝土结构在底部锚垫板处的抗冲切承载力满足吊装施工的荷载要求。
