The invention discloses a temporary impulse type supersonic wind tunnel flutter test device and method. The device comprises a wind tunnel lower wall plate, a lower plenum chamber is arranged on the outer side of the wind tunnel lower wall plate, an opening opposite to the lower plenum chamber is formed in the wind tunnel lower wall plate, a three-degree-of-freedom mechanism is arranged in the lower plenum chamber, a model body is arranged on the three-degree-of-freedom mechanism, and a model is arranged on the model body. The three-degree-of-freedom mechanism can realize the change adjustment of the model along the wind tunnel airflow direction, the vertical airflow direction and the pitch angle. The method is based on a three-degree-of-freedom mechanism control model main body and a test process of the model. The method has the beneficial effects that the model main body and the variable pitch angle function of the model are simple and convenient to realize, complicated devices and control systems do not need to be designed, and the operability is improved; the test scheme design difficulty is reduced, the test safety requirement can be effectively met, and flutter test implementation is ensured; before the wind tunnel is started, the model body and the model are located in the lower plenum chamber, and flow field establishment is not affected by blockage degree of test pieces.

    本发明公开了一种暂冲式超声速风洞颤振试验装置及方法。该装置包括风洞下壁板,风洞下壁板的外侧设有下驻室,风洞下壁板上开设有与下驻室相对的开口,下驻室内设有三自由度机构,三自由度机构上设有模型主体,模型主体上设有模型,三自由度机构能够实现模型沿风洞气流方向、垂直气流的方向以及俯仰角的变化调整。该方法基于三自由度机构控制模型主体以及模型的试验过程。本发明的有益效果:模型主体和模型变俯仰角功能实现简便,不需要设计复杂的装置和控制系统,可操作性提升;降低了试验方案设计难度,能够有效满足试验安全要求,确保颤振试验实施;风洞启动前模型主体及模型处于下驻室内,流场建立不会受到试验件堵塞度影响。
