The invention belongs to the field of truck cab vibration reduction, and discloses a heavy truck self-adaption cab suspension control system and method, and the system comprises a displacement sensor (1), a controller (2) and an adjustable damping vibration absorber (3); the adjustable damping shock absorbers (3) which are arranged in parallel are connected with the controller (2), and the displacement sensor (1) is used for collecting a cab motion response signal and inputting the cab motion response signal to the controller (2); the controller (2) collects vehicle running parameters through a CAN bus when a vehicle runs, preprocesses the collected parameters and outputs calibrated current to the adjustable damping shock absorber. The displacement of the suspension can be accurately obtained through the displacement sensor, the movement speed and displacement of the suspension can be accurately obtained through differential of the displacement, and the movement condition of the cab suspension is accurately judged according to the speed and displacement information, so that a cab suspension system is adjusted to a proper damping force value.

    本发明属于卡车驾驶室减振领域,公开了一种重卡自适应驾驶室悬置控制系统和方法,包括位移传感器(1)、控制器(2)和可调阻尼减振器(3);多个并联设置的可调阻尼减振器(3)与控制器(2)连接,所述位移传感器(1)用于采集驾驶室运动响应信号并将其输入至控制器(2);所述控制器(2)通过CAN总线采集车辆行驶时的车辆运行参数,并对采集到的参数进行预处理,并向可调阻尼减振器输出标定的电流。本发明通过位移传感器能够准确获得悬置的位移,通过对位移的微分可以准确获取悬置的运动速度和位移,并根据速度和位移信息准确判断驾驶室悬置的运动情况,以此来调节驾驶室悬置系统至合适的阻尼力值。
