The invention discloses a non-firework-driven corrosion-resistant separable hood, and belongs to the technical field of aerospace. Every two adjacent stages of hood bodies in the multiple stages of hood bodies are detachably connected, the cutting assembly is arranged at the joint of the two lowermost stages of hood bodies and can cut and separate the multiple stages of hood bodies, the multiple stages of hood bodies are detachably connected with the upper end of the projectile body, and a spring in a compressed state is arranged between the multiple stages of hood bodies and the projectile body. The cutting assembly and the spring are elastically coupled to cut the multi-stage hood, and the multi-stage hood is ejected and separated by means of the spring. A cutting mode under the coupling action of thermal cutting of the shape memory alloy wire and elastic force of the spring and an ejection separation mode are adopted, and the non-firework separation mode is simple and convenient in structure, free of pollution and suitable for small aircrafts. And the separation response is fast, and fast ejection of the hood can be achieved. The multi-stage hood is made of nylon materials, so that the mass of the hood is reduced. The surface layer of the multi-stage hood is coated with polyaniline oxidized graphene, so that the corrosion resistance of the hood is improved.

    一种非火工驱动的耐腐蚀可分离头罩,属于航空航天技术领域。多级头罩内的每相邻两级头罩之间可拆卸连接,且切割组件设置在位于最下方的两级头罩的连接处,能够切割分离多级头罩,多级头罩与弹体上端可拆卸连接,且多级头罩和弹体之间设有一压缩状态的弹簧,切割组件和弹簧弹力耦合切割多级头罩,多级头罩借助弹簧弹射分离。本发明采用形状记忆合金丝热切割和弹簧弹力耦合作用下的切割方式以及采用弹射分离的方式,这种使用非火工的分离方式,结构简便,无污染,适用于小型飞行器。且分离响应快,能够实现对头罩的快速弹射。多级头罩采用尼龙材料制成,减轻了头罩的质量。在多级头罩表层涂覆聚苯胺氧化石墨烯,提升了头罩的耐腐蚀性能。
