The invention discloses a coaxial double-rotor platform for RCS test, which comprises blades, a transmission system, a limiting variable-pitch device, a limiting propeller hub and a platform support frame, two bearing boxes are fixedly arranged at one end of the platform support frame, the transmission system comprises a built-in steering engine fixedly arranged in the platform support frame, the built-in steering engine is connected with an output transmission shaft, and the output transmission shaft is connected with the limiting variable-pitch device. The output transmission shaft is fixedly connected with a main gear, the two limiting propeller hubs are fixedly installed on the upper rotor wing shaft and the lower rotor wing shaft respectively, the ends, away from the limiting propeller hubs, of the upper rotor wing shaft and the lower rotor wing shaft are movably arranged in the corresponding bearing boxes, the upper rotor wing shaft is fixedly sleeved with an upper auxiliary gear, and the lower rotor wing shaft is fixedly sleeved with a lower auxiliary gear. The main gear is in meshed connection with the upper auxiliary gear and the lower auxiliary gear, so that the transmission system can drive the upper rotor shaft and the lower rotor shaft to rotate reversely. The device is simple in structure, the number of the blades can be adjusted, and the device can be used as a scale model of a real-size coaxial rotor target to carry out RCS testing in a darkroom environment.

    本发明公开一种用于RCS测试的共轴双旋翼平台,包括桨叶、传动系统、限位变距装置、限位桨毂、平台支撑架,平台支撑架一端固定设有两个轴承盒,传动系统包括固定设置于平台支撑架内的内置舵机,内置舵机连接有输出传动轴,输出传动轴固定连接有主齿轮,两个限位桨毂分别固定安装于上旋翼轴和下旋翼轴上,上旋翼轴和下旋翼轴远离限位桨毂的一端活动设置于对应的轴承盒内,上旋翼轴固定套设有上副齿轮,下旋翼轴固定套设有下副齿轮,主齿轮分别与上副齿轮和下副齿轮啮合连接,从而传动系统能够驱动上旋翼轴和下旋翼轴进行反向旋转。本发明结构简单,桨叶片数可以调整,能够作为实尺寸共轴旋翼目标的缩比模型,进行暗室环境下的RCS测试。
