The embodiment of the invention discloses a fire-retardant test bed of an airborne flame suppressor and a fire-retardant capability test method, and a ventilation oil tank test device of the test bed comprises a test box, the flame suppressor and an oil tank ventilation port in the test box, a plastic film adhered to the port of the oil tank ventilation port, and a discharge electrode positioned on the outer side of the plastic film, the igniter, the thermocouple T1, the thermocouple T2 and the thermocouple T3 are arranged in the test box; an air source and a combustible gas source are respectively connected to a test box through stop valves, combustible mixed gas is introduced into the test box, and under the condition that a lightning stroke environment is generated by a discharge electrode, a fire retardance capability test is carried out in the lightning stroke environment through a ventilation oil tank test device. In the testing process, the temperature of the corresponding position in the test box is monitored through the T1 thermocouple, the T2 thermocouple and the T3 thermocouple, and the combustible mixed gas in the test box is verified through ignition of the igniter.

    本发明实施例公开了一种机载火焰抑制器的阻火试验台和阻火能力测试方法,试验台的通气油箱试验装置包括:试验箱,试验箱内的火焰抑制器和油箱通气口,粘贴于油箱通气口端口的塑料薄膜位于塑料薄膜外侧的放电电极,以及设置于试验箱内的点火器、T1热电偶、T2热电偶、T3热电偶;空气源和可燃气源分别通过切断阀连接到试验箱,向试验箱中通入可燃混合气体,在采用放电电极产生的雷击环境的情况下,通过通气油箱试验装置进行雷击环境下的阻火能力测试,测试过程中通过T1热电偶、T2热电偶和T3热电偶监控试验箱内相应位置的温度,并通过点火器点火以验证试验箱内可燃混合气体的。
